Welcome Sip Yard to the shores of Port Aransas!

Sip Yard is a brand-new, three-story music venue, food court, and bar that is a must when you visit Port A. This is a modern, outdoor, family-friendly place that has ocean views you won't want to miss, tasty drinks that are waiting to be tried, and six different restaurants all inside. With murals by local artists covering its walls, there is so much to be seen and done at the Sip Yard. This blog will take you through the ins and outs of the yard, trying a new restaurant each week and giving you an inside look at this new Port A hotspot!

Floor Plan

Sip Yard is a huge, three-story, family-friendly spot that offers everything from food to amazing ocean views.

The first floor is the largest of the three. This floor is family and pet-friendly and has a full bar with ample seating. You can find a large stage for live music performances, making it the perfect concert venue. This floor houses all of the restaurants Sip Yard offers in an almost food truck-style setup with these restaurants built into the building. Bring the whole family to grab a table and a cold drink as you enjoy live music...and with six options, there is a food choice for everyone.

Head up the stairs or hop into the elevator and find yourself on the second floor, a 21 and over area. This floor has a full bar with bar stool seating all the way around, TVs for watching your favorite sports team, and plenty of tables. Enjoy a cool coastal breeze as you sip on a cold drink with a perfect view of the stage below to enjoy live music.

The third floor offers 360 views of Port Aransas. You can watch boats pull into the marina, watch golf carts cruise through town, and feel the ocean breeze on your skin. On this floor, anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult as they enjoy the highest point at the Sip Yard. This top deck has elevator access and is rentable for events. The bar on the third floor will only be open when the space is being used for events. Come explore all the floors when you visit Sip Yard!

Eats

Wok On

Wok On is a classic take on some of your favorite Asian cuisine with a Port A twist. The menu boasts delicious options from beef and brocolli to their Port A moco. They make ordering simple by sending you a text when your food is ready so you can explore the Sip Yard while waiting for your meal. The Port A team tried an order of orange chicken with white rice and egg rolls. The food came quickly and was fresh and full of flavor. Fluffy white rice was topped with saucy orange chicken bites and the egg rolls were hot and the perfect side for this meal. This is a great option for anyone who loves Asian food as it is one of the only places in Port A that serves this delicious grub!

Mochi & More

Mochi and More has some of the most unique cuisine that you can find in Port Aransas. From musubi to boba tea, there is no shortage of new items to try. The Port A Team started off with a three-piece of musubi. Musubi is fried spam on a bed of rice wrapped in a seaweed slice. This was delicious and is a new favorite of the team. For a sweet treat, the mango sticky rice is a must. This was freshly sliced mango with sticky rice and two scoops of vanilla ice cream. This was one of the most delicious desserts the team has tried and is a must-try. They also offer snow cones that you can top with condensed cream to add something extra to your sweet treat. Try all this and more when you go to Mochi & More!
